I assume plenty of you are cool enough to get the reference.
Anyway, what did I get you ask?
A bunch of Hot Wheels, because of course
$250 toward my grandpa's car (combined with $100 on my birthday, so I can easily gather the remaining $250 as soon as he gets his new car)
A dremel, which was the only thing on my list. xD
A roll of old pennies. One end is a wheatie and the other is an Indian head. I'm assuming this was one of those "unsearched" rolls on eBay and I'm only going to find common wheats in it, but I fucking love wheat pennies for some reason so I don't care.
That's all so far. I'm going to my grandparents' house tonight and getting some more things from family.

I didn't get any Hot Wheels because no one knows what I already have. I screwed myself there.

Same here. I keep telling everyone that I don't mind duplicates, especially of vintage ones. But they don't seem to believe me that I seriously am happy with five of the same car from 1992 or whatever. If it's old it's neat.

I definitely agree on the older cars. If I'm asking for them, I'm pretty specific anyway, but I'm content with pretty much any HW from 2000 and down. As far as new cars go, I don't mind doubles since I like to leave some unopened anyway but the temptation to open them and hoon them on the kitchen floor is always present. My brother got a new SRT Viper in yellow that I have to go hunt down now.

Yeah, every now and then I come across one that I just need to open, but I also want to keep a sealed one of it. The Carbonator, for example, is a bottle opener (and a very great one at that) so of course I had to get two.
But yeah, I agree on the older ones. I draw the line a bit more recent, like 2005-2006, but any newer and I'm more picky. Beyond that, if it's not overpriced, I need it.

Carbonator actually works as a bottle opener? I'm going to have to find one now.

Yep! There are a few with hidden functions. Tooligan has a working wrench, Fig Rig is compatible with Legos, Fast Cash is a money clip, and Tee'd Off (aka Fore Wheeler) is a golf tee, though that one is more for display purposes than actual use. There might be more, but those are the ones I can think of right now.

Wow I never knew that. I'm going to have to get Fig Rig now too.

Haha, yep! xD It's almost frustrating how many out there I just have to have.
